當年，要揀顧問，有一批剛買入屋苑的業主，推翻咗舊法團， 然後主導成個維修。係簽完顧問同承建商後， 已經陸續搬走咗。可能係「咁橋」發生。不過， 無得講，當時投票的業主， 只係睇「價錢」最平而揀， 呢個亦係通病。邊個去查過呢間公司的歴史有幾顯赫。
